Possible Challenges.

While looking through the site I found the challenge thread to be pretty empty, with a lack of current challenges. I know Blue provided a list of a few, but I thought I would add a few more for anyone stuck on a story idea or wanting to try something different. I have also made banners for each story if you want to show your challenge on the site. I will try to gradually improve this list as time goes on and I find new challenges that seem good.






Feel free to comment your own ideas for challenges too! It would be brilliant if we could keep the same layout, so I can send you the layout if you need it, or if you send me a link to somewhere I can post it on here!

Idea:
The Cheapskate Challenge.
Win a top division in one of these countries: England, Italy, Spain, France, Germany. Without buying a single player. Free agents and loans allowed, but do not spend any transfer money. Start in at least the second division.

The Hero Challenge
The hero challenge is a challenge that sees you take a team from the lowest possible divsion to the highest division available in a selected country. Steam offers some achievements for things like these, with the following:

The Spanish Hero (from Segunda B to La Liga)
The Scottish Hero (from Third Division to Scottish Premier League)
The Italian Hero (from Serie C2 to Serie A)
The German Hero (from Third Division to Bundesliga)
The English Hero (from Blue Square North/South to Premier League)

Now the goal of the challenge is to complete all of the above achievements on one save. Of course, there need to be certain restrictions, meaning you can, but you don't have to follow them. Think of those as additional challenge.

Optional Restrictions:
- You cannot pick Rangers when you start
- Start unemployed with Sunday-League reputation

You can load up any amount of nations and leagues you prefer, but you will need to load all divisions in Scotland, Brazil, Spain, Italy, Germany and England in order to complete the achievements.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Frankly I couldn't imagine someone would have "copyright" issues over a Football Manager challenge. Nonetheless, we have now edited the challenge in question in a way that is different from the original.

If you also have a problem with the challenge title, we can change that too but I don't see a point. I mean if someone posts about the Pentagon challenge (arguably the most famous FM challenge), you don't really expect him to try and find who came up with the idea first or think of renaming the challenge in the fear of an ownership issue.

I'd just like to say, I got all these from blogs of independent people, playing solely for the joy. The posts said you are free to use these challenges. I didn't use any big fmsites, such as yours, FM-Base etc. Therefore, there are other people you will need to speak to about allowing this publicly. However, it is just a game. The creator wouldn't get anything out of it, or lose anything by someone using it. But you will need to find the others allowing these to be used.

Hello, I would appreciate if you could give me a link of your sources I just want to state that i don't want to start a 'war' here, only looking for some basic information.

So that basically means that if you have a problem with the text that was on this site about the Hero Challenge, you should have a problem with the text from FM-Base, because that is copied too, like you were annoyed at Devil for doing.

Stam has edited every single post on this thread except for Toon's.

Anyway, I think I'm going to try the third challenge at some point, when I have time.

For the Youth challenge can you not steal other clubs youth but only if they are a free?

Abut like the pentagon challenge, but 'the hexagon challenge' where you must move from nation to nation winning the each continental cup and then finishing of with the big one..
