Arsenal maximising potental Help Pleas

My arsenal team was very strong and I was winning titles but I recently downsized my wage bill and tried to focus on youth players. This season I find my self fighting for a top 4 finish and have decided I MUST spend some of my 240million transfer kitty, I've decided to sign Mateo Kovacic(absolute beast on this save)James rodrigues and Vladimir Weiss. I need your guys help to find the optimum starting line up in a 4-2-3-1 formation including roles or any recommended signings please, Here's my general squad:
