A pretty good start to the season, keep it up :)
Not too far off the top, good start mate.

Cove F.C. - Season 1 - October - Terrible run

So moving into October and we were hoping for some more solid performance from the team but unfortunatley it seemed to go completely pear shaped with 5 losses from 6 fixtures. We seemed be lacking in defence and were conceding far too many goals through silly mistakes made but individuals. We were knocked out of the EL Records Challenge cup with a defeat at Epsom & Ewell, but did get a close fought victory over Marlow in the F.A Vase 1st round which generated around £1200 for the club, in other words absolutely nothing!

This was the state of play in the league after October, we were unfortunatley dropping down the table :(

Cove F.C. - Season 1 - November - Stuck in a rut!

Cove F.C went into the November hoping to find some form and get out of the rut we were in but it seemed to carry over into November and we were just conceding far too many goals. We had a close fought victory over Badshot Lea in the Surrey Senior County Cup but as soon as it was back the league fixtures the mistakes from individuals crept in and we couldn't find that league win. We had a draw against Dorking in the first leg of the F.A Vase 2nd round however when we went to play Dorking away they showed us how it was done and hammered us 4-1. In conclusion another tough month for the boys at Cove F.C, but we are a determind set of lads!

Looking at the league table it is starting to get rather concerning unless we can find some form and get out of this bad rut. Think some changes will have to be made!

Unlucky mate.
Unlucky mate it will get better.
Unlucky with the results, I often find it is down to low team morale. Hold a team meeting saying 'Things haven't been going great of late, but results will soon pick up'. Usually works for me
I agree with Kebab in this one. Good luck with future fixtures though!

Tough set of results but hopefully things look up next month!
