I'm looking fo a nice avatar but can't find one. And what size wouls best best. Any advice/help welcome.

I believe you can pick any sized image and it will be re-sized. A least I think so.
Generally, most people either pick an image of the team they are managing in a story, or a player that they like.
^ I back what they suggest, most people go for a team/player they support or they are doing a story on.
In terms of avatar size, they will automatically be resized to 96x96 pixels.
I usually go for the team that I have a story with at that moment. Got Hajduk Split going atm, although that will change as I'm doing a new story soon.
