Easiest formation to counter (AI)

I was wondering which tactic is easiest to counter and what tactic do you use to counter it effectively (if you could upload it too)

Here's a formation I used with anderlecht, it got big wins against man city, juventus, chelsea and even came close to beating barcelona (i lost 2-3). Make sure the midfield roles are Anchor, BWM and DLP, also set your FB to DEF not auto and play your striker as a poacher. A big part of my success comes down to set pieces too, I set corners to near post and have CB's attacking each post with the st on the keeper, also i have a midfielder with good long shots lurking outside the area.
