I had a lot of reading to do and I'm glad to see your win ratio is still as when I left
Benzia and Watt are scoring bag loads for you, hope they keep up!

Tough draws against Nice and PSG, but still a great month for OL, always on the top! Keep it up mate, I can see new trophies arriving at Lyon :D

Haven't read much for a while but I just got back into it and it is good to see the story is still as great as it was, if not better. Good signings, hopefully they will secure lyon's future. Keep it up.

League Table

Champions League Quarter Finals

A strong month for us in the league with a great win against CSKA Moscow and a good result against Tottenham with an important away goal but I was extremely disappointed that we couldn’t capitalise on the red card and come away with the win! We need to win our next game in the league and we will be champions again for the 4th season in a row! Our competitors can’t keep up with us and now the aim is to finish unbeaten in the league, which would be an amazing achievement!
Good draw and away goal to get away to Spurs, also, no Spanish teams in the quarter finals? :O

Shame that Spurs ruined an 100% month but great results! 1-1 is a pretty good result away from home :)

Thank god you beat Monaco! Great month, hope you smash Spurs in the 2nd leg

It's getting boring seeing you at the top of the table every time ;)

xD this is why I may move soon :P but then I might not and may carry on being top of the table :P
Great month. It would be interesting to see you move to a new Team now that Lyon are established.

Great month indeed and almost French Champion :) hopefully you can grab a win against Tottenham in the Champions League as well to go through to the Semi's.

PKIDDY: I think the same mate! I have built such an awesome team though if would be so hard leaving them, especially players like Benzia, Hughes, Boateng and a lot of the youngsters there :(

Randy: Thank you mate :D Champions League will be tough but I want to retain that trophy!

The Title Winning Match

With the boys stepping foot on to the pitch in Nantes we knew what was at stake! One more win and we would lift the title for a 4th year in a row. Nantes were languishing in 15th and we were confident of an easy win here. It seemed like the players were nervous and didn’t start well. Nantes were all over us and created 4 chances in the 1st 20 minutes but couldn’t finish and I started to shout at the boys. We needed to pass the ball and slowly build up and it worked. First Watt then Gonalons and Benzia all had shots on target and Nantes were under pressure all of a sudden.

Then we hit the 33rd minute and Corchia whipped in a cross that fell on the half volley to Benzia and he took it with his left foot and smashed it in to the top corner, leaving the Nantes keeper no chance and we were one step closer to the title!

Before the half was over Nantes came back with 3 more chances and we were chancing our arm but went in at half time leading and with one hand on the trophy! The second half started and all of a sudden Nantes midfielder Toure had 3 chances in a row and he had missed 2 chances in the first half. If he could finish Nantes would be destroying us and I was getting angrier and angrier but yet we still had the lead. Halfway through the second half Belhanda fashioned an opening but couldn’t direct his shot goalwards and we were still on edge and then we had the ball in the net in the 69th minute but the referee disallowed it for a push in the box and there were 20 minutes left to hold out. The final 20 minutes came and went with Nantes still on the attack but unable to finish their chances and the referee blew.

THAT WAS IT!!!!! The 4th Ligue 1 title was all wrapped up and we were champions yet again. PSG began the season strongly but we have somehow managed to keep winning even when we haven’t played as well as we are capable of. I guess that is what true champions are made of and we are surely one of the greatest teams to go down in French history!
