It's the new year! I've been back to Milan to celebrate with my friends and tell them how I've been in Rome. I have settled in well now, my new school is ok and I have made some new friends, but, It will never be like back in Milan.I haven't played as much as I was earlier, but, I don't mind. I am having a good time, I am enjoying training and I think I'm already getting better as a footballer.
Looking at Serie A, everything is perfect. I have attended a few Roma games, as well as watching Milan. To say the least, it has been an amazing season so far. Roma are second and Milan are first, they are absolutely dominating the league! When Milan came down to Rome to play us, it was a 0-0 draw, not the best match, but I enjoyed it.
The other day me and my friends were watching the TV to see who the awards would go to. I bet my friend Cristiano Ronaldo would win the Ballon D'Or, as I think he is the best in the world, but I suppose when Messi took it home it wasn't much of a surprise. I cannot deny he is a world class player!
So, even though I haven't played too much I am happy with how my first few months have been. Hopefully I can just impress and play a bit more.-Santo
Well written
Loving it keep it going!

I am absolutely ecstatic! Not long after the new year, I got a call from a man named Alberigo Evani, who I know used to be a big name for AC Milan! I didn't know at the time, but he manages the U-19 team for Italy, and he wanted me to play! Not only that, but when I did go, I ended up starting the game. It was fantastic to say the least!I hope I play many more times for Italy. Maybe the first team, even. I don't know. Maybe I won't make it that far, but, the coaches I have spoke to said I have the potential. I hope they are right, that would be amazing.
Unfortunately, I was about to get my second U-19 cap, but then in a Roma game, I tackled someone and they elbowed me in the head. I was bleeding, and had to get subbed off. Turned out he bruised up my head, and now I am going to be out for a while. Disappointing.
Speaking of Roma, I have been playing better and have earned myself a couple more appearances for the U-20s. One of the games, against Palermo, I scored only 5 minutes in! My second ever goal! Hopefully I can continue to impress.
In fact, I am apparently extremely impressing. So much so that the Roma manager, Gian Piero Gasperini came and had a world with me himself! He said that he was impressed by the fact a 14 year old was playing among 19 year old players and besting them. He said I am not ready for a higher level yet, but when I come of age, I will be. Amazing!

My Birthday came and went on the 9th Feburary, when I turned 15. That means one more year and I might have a shot at actually playing pro football! For my birthday, some guys at Roma got me VIP tickets to an AC Milan game, which I respect very much, as they have to play AC Milan often and it's cool of them to give me a free ticket. While I was there, I got to meet the Milan team! It was fantastic! Especially meeting some of my favourite players like El Sharaawy and Balotelli. After that, I got back in to playing for the U-20s, and, for someone who is four years younger than most people that I play and play with, I think I have been pretty good. Fair enough, I can improve, but, that will come with age, I think.
I am looking forward to play some league football, but that still seems quite distant for me. Hopefully I can impress and get played ASAP.
