What determines skin color?

So, i made my own (swedish) team, created players for it and loaded the data file in FM09. Every single player in the team is swedish, does not have "another country" set and speaks only swedish (10).

All of them have white skin except for one, who is black. How come? Is skin color self-generated for all created players? If so: that really blows.

If not; what option (in the data editor) determines skin color?

Nope you cant change the skin color of player from what i have seen.

the editor is the same as the one from fm 08, just 1-2 really small changes.
