Barcelona 2013-14 Home and Away Kits

Nike and FC Barcelona jointly announced the new Barcelona 2013-14 home and away jerseys. The new jerseys, which combine the great tratition of this world-famous club with modern design, has an unique style for the new season.

The new home jersey combine the traditional red and blue stripes with a modern graphic fade stripe on the sleeves. This jersey shows the playing style of FC Barcelona, which is seemingly simple but ingenious complex.

At the back of the yellow V-neck collar is the horizontal Catalan flag, the Senyera. Inside the back of collar is a woven label featuring the club's motto "Mes que un Club" (More than a Club). The new season's home short is blue. The socks has the same color as the shirt's sleeve, which is also blue to red gradient with a yellow thin edges.

The new season's away shirt has has epoch-making significance. It's the first time for this club to combine the Catalan flag(Senyera) with the traditional striped shirt. Beginning on the cuffs is yellow to red transition. As to the home shirt, this away shirt also has the club's motto "Mes que un Club" (More than a Club) printed inside the collar. The new season's away short is red. And the new away socks feature the color gradually changing from yellow to red, with a thin stripe. I like the sleeve things, I mean these both look like very good kits. Both done by Nike, yet England's national kit and Manchester Untied's kit look awful. The second one with the region's colours I mean that meaningful, most clubs don't have that. Well played on the kits Barca!

Some people are saying they look bad. Personally, I like them.

I personally don't really like the away kit, but I understand what it means for them. I just don't like the stripes in those colours. I don't really like that they both use the same design, but at least it's better than last year's away kit
