Quite disappointing as the draws against wigan and the loss against reading gave me headaches. 4 points in 4 matches. An average of a draw in each match. The loss against Man U was not frustrating as I had gotten the lead and gave us confidence that we could score if the strikers finish the goals.

As I looked into my e-mail from my assistant, my face immediately turned red with anger.To draw with Wigan is unacceptable. Although, the win against Arsenal was a feat to be proud of.
