Brendan Rodgers leaves Liverpool
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is tonight believed to have resigned from the club. This tops off a quite astonishing week, where Liverpool have gone from the greatest league in the world to the 6th teir in Scottish football. John Henry said he respected Rodgers choice but Liverpool will move on swiftly. The current favourite for the job is Jamie Carragher, who is odds on for the job, while Steven Gerrard is 3/1. If your more ambitious you can find John Henry himself at a reasonable 500/1, while Daniel Craig is at 100/1. Who are you putting a bet on for?

Shankly's grandson in discussion
Chris Carline, Bill Shankly's only grandson, has emerged as a shock front-runner for the Liverpool manager. John Henry admitted that they are in early discussions but a deal is far from being struck. Liverpool fans are again distraught, cliaming that a manager who has never even played football in his life to manage Liverpool is not justifiable.

Unknown Carline appointed
Chris Carline has been announced as manager of Liverpool FC on a 1 year-deal. John Henry said that the appointment would make Shankly proud. The Liverpool fans disagree though. A survey on Sky Sports found out 98% of Liverpool fans are unhappy, with only 0.9% of fans satisfied. Henry also anounced Shankly's only grandson's expectations was to obtain maximium points available in the Scottish Amateurs League. Chris Carline said that even though he didn't know a lot about football he had heard of someone called Messi.

Wouldn't it have to be 2% of fans satisfied?
