loading leauges

Im in the year 2014 in my game and have done pretty well, didn't load other leauges other than england just in case my laptop couldn't handle it, and I now want to manage abroad, is there a way I can load the leagues within my current game?
I'm 99% sure you cant so I dont know why I'm asking, but thought I'd just make sure. Looks like I'll have to start again.

Although i have heard down the grapevine that there might (MIGHT) be a release of the FM modifier that will let you do this.

Let us hope it will come, cause that would be a very, very nice function!
