i have tons of trouble finind g players for loan or teansfer when im in lower leagues... the majoruity wont join cause of rep and the others are to terrible to not improve the squad.. how do I find good players any one have any tips or tricks when in player search cause all this info is overwhelming me...
for this you need to rely on your scouts and assistant manager at least for the first couple of season. What you need to do is to upgrade your youth and training so you can make your own star players
most important in lower league is your tactic and have the right player in the right spot
for example if you need an aml as an inside forward but you need to have that inside forward cut to the middle its best to have some right footed (or either) on that spot
also if you do not have the time to retrain someone you need to find the right player or make other tactic
you need to fit your tactic to your players the first season
Also in your shortlist the option "ask your assistent to filter out unrealistic players" is your best hope of finding players. Send out scouts to these players.
yer but stil even in that player search all the players are no better then the guys i have anyway most our worst so whats the point in getting them.. they never find any quality like even any guys just a bit better...i dont know hwt to look for
Then don't get any... it's that simple, it should never be hard to find better yet realistic players for your level, if it is then that simply means that your team is likely the best that there can be for that particular level.
Get promoted and you'll notice an immediate difference, football isn't all about the transfers, just look at arsenal (ok bad example but at least they get champions league football regularly).
Another tip is to go to your team/staff screen and ask for loan recommendations for the position you are wanting to improve, they'll suggest several players who could be of benefit who may not want to sign for you but should be interested in a loan spell at least.
What are the attributes like of your assistant? His judging players ability and potential, determination and tactical knowledge are all important when using the filter option.
Maybe you first need to invest in a new assistant? And obviously your scouts need to be as good as you can get to because they are the best chance of getting an accurate scouting report.
