I have decided to attempt my own new challenge and the targets are simple win everything in england in your career also progressing to the national side and winning everything with them

Premiership, Championship, League 1, League 2, Blue square premiership, Blue square north/south (only one is required), FA Cup, League cup, Fa trophy, Johnstones paint trophy, Community Shield
(winning the playoffs wil count as achieving the league to make it easier for llm)
INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS
World cup , European Championships

First post!
thanks guys couldn't decide where to start as didn't know if I should go straight to the top and work way down or start from bottom so I have started unemployed will post next update later today after I settle at a club
AND SO THE STORY BEGINS
I put myself on holiday and set it to apply for all jobs and to notify me when a job offer is made i got offered a few jobs which i felt after evaluating the teams i wanted one that would help me achieve this challenge without to much stress, So after turning down jobs from hayes & yeading, Corby Town, Farnboroug and Guiseley this i finally settled for a job that had some appeal to me
I was now manager of Altrincham in the blue square north when i took over they werent in a great position but were predicted by the media to finish 3rd and hopefully i can help them achieve that
The unfortunate thing was my captain and vice captain were not english so i changed this on my first day in charge which wasnt met well by the two demoted players but luckily enough didnt affect anybody else. The 2 non english players were put straight into the reseves and added onto the transfer list.
With the transfer window being shut i took the decision to scout players and start making bids at the end of december ready for the second half of the season.

things werent going well for me at all then this cheered me up when i was starting to doubt myself
hopefully things would improve now
or maybe not I just dont get it we are beating teams on posession but cant get the results (although i am an arsenal fan so used to this sort of thing). a change of tactics and aggresively telling my strikers that now being so many games without any goals if things didnt improve they will be replaced in January, This happened
18 games without a goal and he was the best striker i have got no wonder the last manager was sacked although my 2nd first team striker hasnt scored in just as long.
December came to an end but before i could organise my team with transfers i had to get ready for the new years day game at home to Stalybridge and i never saw this coming but obviously being aggresive works well
As you can see from the fixtures list we had now ended the curse going 10 games of consecutive defeats lets see what the future brings and hopefully an improvement in the table to
Reeves is now starting to get used to my style lets hope it now continues through the second part of the season and will eventually get my other striker scoring or maybe a new face spear heading the attack who knows!! Stay tuned for January updates and to see any changes that are made as we progress towards English Domination
JANUARY UPDATE
January didnt go to well for us the only real positive was Damien Reeves getting player of the month and that the team were adapting to my tactics a bit better hence the possession stats

My job status is now Insecure which i personally feel is a bit harsh i asked the board for more time as this was my first job in management to which they replied that the first job was no excuse and that i am here to do a job
FEBRUARY UPDATE
This month went well for us but my chances of obtaining my first trophy of this challenge were slowly getting further and further away!!
TRANSFERS
We managed to sign two players this month
RESULTS
This month went quite well for us and things were looking up but my job status was now very insecure
LEAGUE TABLE
As you can see Damien Reeves is now the 3rd top scorer in the league but we are in a worse position now then we was when i first took over

I signed another striker as backup to Reeves as my others couldnt do the job that was required of them
RESULTS AND NEWS
At least I had some support in my job
I missed a screenshot against Oxford City but as you can see from this news report i lost 2-1
After these results and my current league position i felt if i wanted to have a chance of getting a trophy in my first season i had to move on and saw that Chester who were currently 7th in Blue Square North needed a manager and applied for the job which understandably didnt go down well
I was given an ultimatum by the board to Apologise or Resign so i apologised to the board as usually they take pity on you but not this time
My fate was decided
5 days after the "shocking" decision by the board i got offered a new job but rejected it due to not liking the clubs current players as this wouldnt fit in well with this challenge plus they are a WELSH team and this challenge is not welsh domination
I finished the season unemployed and Altrincham finished 16th i enjoyed my time at the club and wish it could have gone better but hey managers get sacked alot quicker for the bad runs i had!!!
MY NEXT CHALLENGE
I had to wait until october to get back into football and this job was to good for me to turn down
the minimum expectation is to win the league and this is what i am starting with so is definetely a chance if i get things right this time
What is annoying me most is that the first job i was offered at Hayes & Yeading they went on to be champions
I will be doing just monthly updates now and not match by match screenshots as after reading back through my posts i feel every match is a bit to much and could put you guys off enjoying my story
If you use that many pictures you may want to use spoilers, the colours and bulk of images can be a bit much to read all at once. Keep it up though
