I want to have a great save.. how should id o this what i mean is should i do the press confrerences, match talks etc ?
To fully immerse yourself in the game you need to don your best suit/tracksuit, take your computer/laptop to the nearest football field and sit on the side lines shouting at the screen/imaginary players.

For a game less likely to get you committed to the local asylum i would recommend taking your time over it. Find a team that means something to you (i'm guessing leeds ;) ) and really put the effort into getting to know the game and the squad. Press conferences and pre-match talks are a necessary evil to maintain your managers preferred approach (for example i'm a generally positive passionate manager who bollocks his team if they under-perform) but aren't essential (although match talks can really help motivate players).

Ultimately for the immersive experience, take control of the training, both team and individual, take the time to develop your own tactic according to the players you have and gradually adapt your team to the tactic you want.

Before long you'll be on the win/loss roller-coaster as if it actually mattered and not just a game.
I would go leeds but I always get fired from leeds no idea why I always get relegated fromc hampionship ...
For a less intensive but still immersive experience maybe go national? Try England on for size?
Forget about writing a story at first.
Just start a game and have some fun playing the game. After a season or two I am sure there will be a story to tell.

You can of cause do the press conferences, match talks style but I find the most interesting stories to be the ones with a unique style or twist.
ok so the only things im not in control of is the match training cause i dont know what that is or how to do it.. and the oppoiostion instructions cause im no good at that but im doing all the press conferences and pep talks etc
Do whatever you feel will work. I know to feel like a proper manager, I do the press conferences, match talks and never miss a match cos that's what the game is about
I story is always nice to get immersed. And, if you start as Leeds, with Sunday League reputation, with the goal of moving to eventually win the WC with England, you'll have something to work for. Then, perhaps win the PL with Liverpool and so on

But a story with actual writing (not just results) is always nice.
