FC Hansa Rostock - It's Time To Rock

FC Hansa Rostock play in the German city of Rostock and participate in the 3rd Tier of German Football.
They have never had a major honour in the unified German structure and I aim to change that. I see this as a club with a good solid base in it's fans and a club that can easily cope financially once success is achieved.
To achieve success I will have to be financially prudent and take advantage of the transfer market. To me success would be winning a trophy in 10 years and being in the Bundesliga within 5 years.
My long term aims would be to eventually win the Champions League, preferably with an all German squad of players 25 and under.
I am no way good at this game and I am tactically inept. Hopefully this save will allow me to improve as a manager.
My next post will analyse my team and any transfers I make!
