Does anyone know how i can make money with Ebbsfleet because i have a wage budget of 10k and i still have 1.5k remaining so its not because my wages are too high. Any ideas people thanks.
well you could use editor :)
Buying then selling players or wining stuff is the only way to do it man, well without cheating anyway. Goodluck because if you wanna do it legit you have a mammoth task ahead of you :)
make friendlies with slightly better teams. that helps u draw in a bit of extra money.

try to keep low wages as well.
of course it is possible to earn money with low league club, everything that red army and enemyz said is correct, the only problem is that you will need a LOT OF TIME to earn some real money. So if you have enough patience, just do like they said :)
* Keep wages low (make new offers for slightly lower contracts if you need to)
* Sign players without team or the ones with expiring contracts and then sell them for a fee. maybe signing a well known player at the dusk of his career would help with merchandise sales
* Winning cup matches
* Winning in general as it will increase ticket sales
* Arranging friendlies is an option but not very fruitful money-wise

I managed Histon from Conference to Premiership and it was hard to make enough money to sign expensive players. I struggled 3-4 seasons until then, but I made it by following the steps above.
It takes time and a lot of patience to make money the legit way, but there's always the cheating option.
I bought Dean Bowditch being an Ipswich fan. Everyone loves him. My wages are very low and i did the offer them all new ones at £50 p/w less. Also i am into the FA cup 1st round and have a tie against a team from below my division so should get through to the 2nd round (money money money). Will try the buying players for free then selling.
Just get free players at the end of the season ! and a few loan ones. you'll soon build up the finances!! make friendlies with Notts forest, Crystal Palace etc. they usually accept.

david worral done ok for me on loan and nathanial wedderburn. 2nd season with Chesterfield and 3rd in league 1 at xmas time :D
I manage Hinckley in my game and i had a bank balance of minus 50k after the first season but i had an idea of making my own pre season leagues and cups up. I had coventry leicester and bristol city in the league and in the cup i had coventry doncaster and VVV fromholland. just from those two i made 500k!!so in my next season i was in the blue square Premier having just stayed up and i had 90k to spend on players and my wages went up from 6500 to spend to 12500!!!
how do you make a pre season cup, sounds like an awesome idea. Want to do this with MK Dons next season!
go to your fixture list, there you have dates available and you can pick team, somewhere there you should have the option for a cup when you choose a team.
Thanks I'll take a look at doing that, sounds like a good money maker :D

Wow, I had no idea this could be done, either! Newport will definitely be doing this in the future.
I manage ebbsflett now in championship.3 seasons 3 promotions.never won league.always runner up.to get money keep winning home games and cup matches.don't buy players.just sign those with expired contracts or youngsters with unprotected contract and no fee attached.also if you high on wages look for loan players from bigger clubs and offer 0% wage contibution. usually u can get very good players on loan.arsenal and aston villa are good.
after 17 games in 4th season I am first and looking for another promotion.
good luck
I found that you can go up too quickly with my Tamworth squad, once you're out of the low wages part time divisions and go full time suddenly everything gets rather expensive, when you've only got 1000 odd fans turning up and noone wants to televise your division, all you can do is trawl the released players, pick up anyone you can make a profit on at the end of the season, try to stay afloat long enough to get a bigger fan base and bigger stadia built. Those 25% wage rises without a 25% hike in ticket prices are killers, but you can earn pretty good money in the conference if you finish in the play offs every season and pray you don't go up for a few seasons. Once you've got a war chest, try to push up as quick as you can to get to the telly money!
