Fantasy League of Champions - Sign Up (NOW CLOSED)

My next project will take a little while to set up and organise so I will begin the sign up process now.


I apologise if that sounds harsh but a lot of work will be going into this project and I would hate to have wasted my time setting up something that no-one pays attention to.


Each player starts with a budget of £100,000,000 (Pounds Sterling used as it makes most sense to me, apologies to all non-British players). For equivalent values according to todays exhange rates see below:


You can spend as much or as little of this on a squad of 25 players as you like (prices of players as per their estimated value at the start of a 2012/13 13.3.0 season rounded to the nearest .5m; Messi sale value = 45,643,478 therefore would count as 45,500,000 for this event, for players under 1m round them off to the nearest 100k).


In the event of two or more teams wanting the same player they will be able to outbid each other on his starting value in +500k (for cheaper players this will be altered accordingly) increments (this will be done privately via PM, Bids will be processed on a first come first served basis):
For example:
Player 1 wants Messi at 45.5m
Player 2 is prepared to pay the next increment of 46m
Player 1 is offered the next increment but isn't prepared to pay it
Player 3 however is and the new value is 46.5m
Player 2 isn't interested in going higher
Player 3 signs Messi for 46.5m

Each team can pick their own manager but will need to submit three choices in order of preference. Should two more teams want the same manager he will be assigned to one of the teams using a random number generator for fairness.

In the event of a team having no manager as a result of too many teams picking the same choices then you will be contacted separately (via PM) with a list of managers who have 'applied' for the job. You may choose any of these.

Please copy the following form to sign up and reply in this thread, as this is not a first come first served project please take your time to ensure you are happy with the details as once they are loaded into the database I won't be changing them

Team names and kits/logos can all be customised or set to ones already existing. Do not list any player/manager choices in the sign up, that will be done separately for privacy!

Please note: I will attempt to mirror kits as best as I can for matches but I am colour blind so some mistakes may occur, deal with it


Once all 15 teams are signed up (naturally I'm playing too!) I'll send out the squad sheets via PM and any bidding wars will begin. This process could take a little while so that is why I am only allowing people I know to be active or that are vouched for by active members to take part.

Like what I have on mine?
All you do is put this:
[spoiler=Title][/spoiler]

And instead of Title you put what you want to appear like home kit and you put the image or whatever you want to put in the middle
