You don't need this database to get around the work permit problems. When you try to sign a player and his work permit gets rejected appeal and use one of the editors to change his nationality to a european country and then when hes granted a conditional work permit change his nationality back and then confirm the transfer and hey! voilà.

this is an option to.....but if u use this database, you practicly dont have to do anything...=D=D
