The St Gallen and Lausanne defeats look ugly haha. Some top signings though, all I'd consider big for a team in Stuttgart's position
Some gnarly results there, but friendly results aren't really that important. Good luck with the season!
Eb & Kid: Haha I know, never play the friendlies but still quite poor! Hopefully it won't be like that in the season
I like the layout, great for a first story, keep it up. But do not sell Martin Harnik! He's one of my favourite players, or I may have to betray you forever!
Kane: Cheers mate Haha don't worry, Harnik is one of my star players! Unless a crazy offer comes in, he'll be very much a part of this revolution!
Stuttgart busy again
Stuttgart manager Ryan Sampaio has made more moves in this summer transfer window. The Die Roten boss has brought back defender Rui Marques, now 35, to Stuttgart for a fee believed to be £100k. The Angolan international being Sampaio’s uncle, has expressed his delight at having the chance to work with his nephew. ‘‘It’s weird of course, taking orders from my younger nephew, but I will maintain the respect I’d have for any other manager and do my best for the team and the supporters.’’
Marques had just joined Cheltenham Town in July, after being released from Leeds United in 2010. ‘‘Of course it wasn’t ideal leaving that soon, but I couldn’t turn this chance down and hope to end my career here in Stuttgart.’’
Sampaio also stated, ‘‘Yes it does seem like a biased move! However I have much admiration for my uncle, as a player and as a man. He is coming to the end of his career but this move is great for the youngsters, learning from a great defender who’s been unlucky with injuries. And I have full confidence on him when I need him to step in.’’
Going out however, is Arthur Boka, who joins Saint-Etienne for a fee of £3m.
‘‘Arthur is a great lad, very dedicated, however I informed him that he was simply a back-up player and told him he could leave. He took it well and thanked me for my honesty and Saint-Etienne came in and I wish Arthur the best in France. I’ll certainly miss his funky yet lovely hair and beard combo!’’
Great start mate! This seem to be a really interesting story, then I'm going to follow
Ah... The last signing seems very interesting...

Thanks guys, definitely a biased signing haha. Also an apology for the lack of updates! Just moved houses on Friday, and had a few issues setting up the internet. All good now though and should have some updates soon
nice story mate, good signings but average results. Good Luck.
28.07.12 - Allianz-Arena
Stuttgart vs. Bayern Munich
0-1Believe it or not I was chuffed with this result. Of course I hate losing, but against the superior Champions Of Europe, with the tactic not yet fluid, it wasn't the worst result.
