I hate to dump on a story so soon, but Macdab's leagues are jank, so I'm going to redo my original story, but only do leagues that are officially included in FM. So, anyway, I'm loading a whole bunch of leagues, starting as a 26 year old manager with minimum experience, and seeing where the road takes me. Wish me luck!

On the first day, I got a job offer from Torhout of the Belgian Third Division. It's not much, but it seems like a solid place to start.
Tactics
This is my starting point for any lower-division side. direct, physical tactics. I prefet 4-4-2 Diamond for the longball style, and the club is well-equipped for it, but I also have a straight 4-4-2 version of the tactic.
nice a Belgium team story would be nice to see you stick to Belgium.

Glad to see I'm not the only one to hate the packs! Downloaded the Oceania one to try out Tahiti, Tahiti's settings were screwed, New Caledonia were unplayable, New Zealand weren't even there and numerous smaller ideas didn't work. Good luck with this.
