hahaa,well in the early days of this forum,i was very active on it.I was talking a lot about tactics,so Stam gave me that status.well,in other words that mean i am some kind of moderator for Tactics & Training part of forum.

I am not angry and I understand "red". Because this forum is not the only one which I am writing. Also I was moderator of some forums once upon a times

I wrote to delete this topic because I know this discussion will not end maybe completeley unnecessary.

let's make this necessary;

if "utilities & tools" section is the right place for my problem, there is still no answer for my question and in this case my new topic is very normal regardig to a new problem issue of scout. if the rule is -- all "scout" related problems should be written in same topics-- this brings only chaos. I think users could make some search by reading header of the topics. guess there is a topic of 30-50 pages about "scout" for different issues or there ara several unigue topics for each issue of "scout". which one is efficient for users?

for users,yes,your way is better.BUT here we have just a few guys that take care of the whole forum,so i believe this way is easier for them.I can not help you with that,i am not in a position to make changes on the forum,i am just a user like you.Politic is run by Stam(owner).If you have any complaints,talk to the moderators.

but listen,if it is made like you said,even then people will rather create new topic before search for it.
