Club takeover !?

I have any idea of making a editor file which would benefit the community, i also think this scenario is very good indeed ! So Basically, i will act as a rich oil magnate man, who is looking to buy a football club then i become the owner of the club and i will be supplying you with a lot of money to build a great team, i was wondering if i did to this would be interested and am not quite sure of what club to takeover so i need suggestions from you guys, should i buy a low league club and work them to the top or buy a club who are not that rich and turn into a giant, leave your suggestions below and i will view them.

P.S my personal net-worth is £11.9Billion so i can buy any club !

How about buy multiple clubs?

Make multiple of you and split the 11.9B cash to the 2 clubs and update regularly on both of'em, although it might take work

Why not go for a championship club like say Norwich or Plymouth. Rock the boat a bit and break into the big time.
