I just created an online game on FM 13 full simulation using the "European League System 16 tiers" database by 93:20.
This database brings together the best European teams in Spain with new leagues and cups systems. There are alot of teams avaible as 93:20 manage to create 16 leagues and this means that a lot of users can join! If you are interested PM me and I will send you the password.
Once you have the password go in Football Manager -> New Online Game -> Join Online Game.
Put "European Super Leagues Online Game" as Server name, then search.
Once you found it just enter the password and you should be able to access the game!
