Welcome to the FM Scout Challenge Series
The FMSCS is a competition to find the best football manager on FM Scout. The competition team will strive to make a monthly challenge which will hopefully challenge experienced players as well as new. It is up to each participant to choose whether they want to participate in a challenge, but for the overall standings it is best if you participate in all. The challenges won't be longer than 1 or 2 seasons, so you can play your own games as well.Rules:
1. Each challenge will have its own set of criteria for scoring, thus the maximum points achieved in a challenge may vary from month to month. The winner of each challenge will be awarded 100 points and the rest of the participants will have the relative amount of points to that of the challenge. (E.g. each participants score in a challenge: Player 1: 20, Player 2: 18, Player 3: 5 – the points each will achieve in the overall standings are Player 1: 100, Player 2: 90, Player 3: 25). The points will be round off to the nearest point.
2. Each challenge will require proof for each of the scoring categories. This means that you have to upload screenshots of everything you need to confirm as well as your save game once the challenge is finished. This should all be made public in the challenge thread.
3. The creator of a challenge will provide a save file, which must be used for each challenge and must remain unedited. If a participant is found having used an editor on the save file, he will immediately be disqualified from the competition. It is every participant’s duty to inspect other participants’ save files if they suspect foul play.
The next challenge will be up in the beginning of August.
