goalkeepers: de gea will be my first choise keeper this season and i will be trying to sell lindergard as i dont think that he is man utd quality so i may bring in a back up for de gea or i may use amos/johnson as my back up keeper

defenders: rafael vidic jones and evra will be my starting back 4 (if vidic or ferdinand where faster jones would go on the bench) and i will have ferdinand on the bench i will also try to sell buttner ( for the same reason i will try to sell lindergard) and i will try to bring in a player who can play rb ( and if possibale rb) and smailling will be used to cover injures

midfields: carrick and scholes will be my first choise centre mids with anderson/giggs on the bench and when flecther comes back from injury he will take scholes place and scholes will take andersons place on the bench also i may look to loan out nick powell or keep him as back up and nani and valencia playing on the wing and ashley you sold (same reason as the other 2 players) and i will be looking at signing a winger who can provide cover for both wingers

attackers: van persie and rooney will be my first choice with hernandez being on the bench and welbeck possiably being loaned out or used as back up and depending and depending on how van persie plays he may be sold in january or at the end of the season aswell as rooney

great start to pre season with a 4-1 win over my reserves with van persie scoring a 25 yard free kick 2 minutes into the game then they scored through a brady shot from just inside the penalty area but rooney had no problem scoring from the penalty spot after 66 minutes then after and rafael cross come shot which thorpe headed into his own net and nani was there to make sure of the victory by scoring from a valencia cross in the 90th minute

Owch, pretty big blow there, plans to bring in a new striker or, maybe give the likes of Welbeck or Zaha a bigger role?

i dont have zaha in the team as i started the game on the origional database not the update and on whether i bring in a new striker you will have to wait and see
