The majority of the team have all been called up for U21 appearances bar a few (Including You :P) but the ones that haven't been called up yet is mainly due to injury.
Some players such as TheStyleR and Hamoudi Fayad have both been given their first international senior cap, with Bulgaria and Armenia respectively.

Probably not... but i read this somewhere:
If you go into the FM13 directory file, find the save, you can right click and restore to previous version. Could be worth a try?
