Arsene Wenger Steps Down
Legends swap places
On the 18th of July 2013, Arsenal's new Chairman Chips Keswick announced that Arsene Wenger would be retiring from management . He believes that his time has come to pass and that he must step down for someone younger and fresher to take over. The fans were very down-hearted when they heard the news.
But to their greatest delight, Former Arsenal captain and Legend has offered to take over from Wenger. That Legend is none other then Tony Adams. Tony Adams is confident that he can make an immediate impact and end Arsenal's trophiless drought. He wants to repeat the invicibles season but that certainly won't be a cup of tea. He will have to do alot of work. Inspite of the fact that both Steve Bould and Tony Adams work with defending, the attacking coaches will have to do a lot of work with the attackers.
Tony Adams said "The fans are very upset that Wenger has retired even though it would have eventually happened and will miss him dearly. He is a Legend and will always remain in the hearts of all Arsenal. A new era has began. The Gunners are gunning for glory once again."
The fans love Adams's winning ambition and hope that his plans work.
