Nice results and signings, keep it up! :)

January update

And January has finally ended, and we saw a good streak of wins, but also a few up and downs as we went through the month. Lennon has been performing extremely well, Douglas Costa has finally blended in, McCarthy already commanded his place in the team and Lloris is saving our asses like always.

Premier League: Spurs 3 QPR 1
Goals: Neven Subotic, Lisandro Lopez, Siggy - Adel Taarabt

Decent match, good win, but that is that. We could've won at a bigger difference.

FA Cup: Spurs 2 Norwich 0
Goals: Lisandro Lopez, Siggy

We used a lot of reserves, so I'm pleased.

Capital One Cup: Man City 2 Spurs 1
Goals: Kaka, Carlos Tevez(pen) - Lisandro Lopez

Could've won it, but we didn't finish our chances that well.

Premier League: Spurs 0 Chelsea 2
Goals: Torres, Hazard

Dreadful match, the City defeat affected the squad abit, so we performed SHIT.

Premier League: WBA 0 Spurs 1
Goals: Defoe

Meh. Atleast got the win.

Premier League: Wigan 1 Spurs 1
Goals: Kone - Caulker

Dissapointed. Should've won it comfortably. Finishing is not great, and fitness is low.

Capital One Cup: Spurs 3 Man City 0
Goals: Lisandro Lopez, Moussa Dembele, Jermaine Defoe

THATS THE SPIRIT

FA Cup: Spurs 3 Man City 0
Goals: Douglas Costa, Caulker, Vertonghen

Wahaha. Good stuff. Down with the citizens.

Premier League: United 1 Spurs 0
Goals: Rooney

Can't complain. It was on Old Trafford.
Nice month, especially the win against Man City.
Some good wins in there, maybe try and add some pictures and headings just to spice up the post a bit, kind of get the readers to enjoy it more. I'm sure if you add more pictures lots more people will read! :)

This is Sky Sports reporting live from Enfield road, as Gary Lineker has just signed a three years contract extension, until summer 2016. We'll try to get ahold of Gary and ask him a few questions about life in the Tottenham locker room, and whats his opinion on the current season standings.

"Hello Gary, do you have a minute?"
"Yes."
"Alright. You have just signed your contract extension, are you delighted?"
"Sure am. I was awaiting for that contract offer, and I'm glad I finally got it. The team might be pleased too. A small boost in morale never hurts."
"I see. Currently Tottenham are standing second in the league, as you have performed far above expectations. Whats your view on that?"
"Well, everyone worked hard, and each player's contribution helped us achieve this spot. I still want to battle United for the first spot, but it might seem unlikely. I'm also pleased with Sandro and Bale. They had a great season."
"Well, that's it. Thanks for answering the questions."
"Bye."
Good work on the new contract, good to see you use the Sky banner too :)

February update

February was a great month, but we didn't perform as we should've in the euro cup. We were defeated by At Madrid, and we really should've won that. We should've marched in to the semi finals ATLEAST. From that point of view, I'm disappointed. Lopez and Traore are scoring, which is good, Holtby also came back, after being loaned to Newcastle, and has benched Siggy. Siggy gotta step up again.

Premier League: Spurs 5 Sunderland 0Goals: Lewis Holtby, Lacina Traore x2, Steven Caulker, Aaron Lennon

Good game, this was. Good game.

Premier League: Spurs 2 Liverpool 1
Goals: Lacina Traore, Neven Subotic - Stewart Downing (pen)

Decent performance. I was afraid we'll fuck it up in the end, but its ok.

Euro cup: At Madrid 1 Spurs 1
Goals: Falcao - Gareth Bale

Should've won this.

FA Cup: Spurs 1 Watford 1
Goals: Dawson - Battochio

Should've won.

Euro Cup: Spurs 1 At Madrid 3
Goals: Lacina Traore - Gabi, Juanfran, Nainggolan

Capital One Cup FINAL: Spurs 2 Watford 0
Goals: Lopez x2

HUP HUP HUP. THE CHAMPIONS. First piece of silverware for Gary Lineker. Keep it up.

Premier Division: Spurs 4 Southampton 2
Goals: Dawson x2, Lisandro Lopez, Dos Santos - Rickie Lambert, Forren.

Good stuff. We're picking the pace up in United's trail. We gotta keep winning though.

March update

March has gone through, and we really performed this month. We showed we wanted it and managed to perform well. Lopez and Bale have been vital, but Holtby has performed well too.

Premier League: Norwich 1 Spurs 3
Goals: Jackson - Holtby x2, Kaboul

FA cup: Watford 1 Spurs 5
Goals: Forestieri - Bale, Lopez x4

FA Cup: Huddersfield 0 Spurs 0

Premier League: West ham 0 Spurs 1
Goals: Lopez (pen)

FA Cup: Spurs 3 Huddersfield 0
Goals: Lopez x2, Defoe

April update

And April was another great month. No defeats, and the worst we could do was draw against Fulham and Arsenal. Anyway, here are the match results.

Premier League: Fulham 0 Spurs 0

Premier League: Aston Villa 1 Spurs 3
Goals: Bent - Dembele, Lennon, Siggy

Premier League: Spurs 0 Arsenal 0

FA Cup: Spurs 1 Newcastle 0
Goals: Siggy(pen)

Premier League: Newcastle 0 Spurs 1
Goals: McCarthy(pen)

Premier League: Spurs 1 City 0
Goals: Lisandro Lopez

May and June update

Well, its the end of the season. We managed to finish third, as City had a better GD, but we also won the FA cup. So its two titles this year, Capital One Cup and FA cup. Next year we're going to CL, and hopefully we'll go atleast to the semis. I don't want to flop like this year, and I brought backup. Next post will have the transfer update.

There's no point writing about the last matches, except the Arsenal one.

Against Arsenal, we played well. Our defence was very solid, but the Arsenal one was extremely solid too. Fortunately, our man Lisandro Lopez popped up in the 70th minute (seems like he loves scoring in the 70-90 period) and finally bagged the win. The fans are ecstatic and glad we made it. Not a bad season. Third place in BPL, a shit defeat in Europa, FA and Carling Cup bagged home. Keep it up boys.

Spurs celebrate the FA Cup and Capital Cup treble. Great job from Lineker's squad, and it seems that the fans will back him up in the next years aswell. According to Daniel Levy, Lineker is one of the best managers Spurs have had in the past decade. He is pleased that Gary accepted a new contract and is looking forward to his second season and the Champions League challenge.

Reports claim that Spurs are in for several players, including Erick Lamela, Iker Muniain and the French duo M'biwa and Moussa Sissoko as both have filed in their transfer request following Newcastle's disastrous season.

According to our sources, Spurs have already bid 8.500.000 for the French midfielder, and are lining up 9.750.000 more for the other player. Liverpool is growing interest in the Spurs winger Aaron Lennon but may have to bid 20.000.000 to obtain his services, while Assou Ekkoto and the coaching staff have broke down, leading to the player being transfer listed.

For the following season, Tottenham will be sponsored by Sony.
This uptade is really good.

Continue, you are going great.

Six join Spurs, while nine leave. Spurs announce profit and new players

And finally we have finished a number of signings. The long awaited signings of El Shaarawy (21.500.000GBP), Vlad Chiriches (3.700.000GBP), David Ospina (Free contract) have finally been completed and they have immediately joined the squad.

El Shaarawy had already agreed a contract with Tottenham back in January, but Lineker has requested for the player to join at the end of the season, as Spurs were pretty stacked on the wings. "He is a fabulous player, technical, fast, deadly infront of goal. Not only that he's young, but having an attacking midfield containing of Bale, Shaarawy, Douglas Costa, Sigguroson and a few rotational players will be class. I hope he'll adapt quickly.

Vlad Chiriches, strong, Romanian, quick, and picks the right time to come forward and smash the ball in the back of the net. He's one of the transfers that were prepared since last summer, but he wanted to continue developing at Steaua, and Lineker accepted his proposal. Now, he will join the squad and hopefully prove himself to Lineker and become a vital player for the North London side.

David Ospina is a young goalkeeper. He will be there to provide backup for Lloris and most likely be used for rotation in cups, and Champions League group stage. He was snapped up on a free, and Gary is very delighted with the signing, as Friedel grew too old, and was no longer good enough to provide backup for the squad.

This is not all though, folks. Following constant rumours of M'biwa and Sissoko to Spurs, the rumors have finalized, and the French duo will sign for the Tottenham Hotspur team, to add depth and claim their places in the first team.
Sissoko is young, strong and efficient. A great playmaker and can also score. Lineker wanted him since last summer, but Newcastle didn't even want to hear about it. So, following their disastrous season, it was time to snap up a few players. He joined the squad for 8.750.000 GBP

M'biwa, another young player, strong, tall and is a great defender. His performances last year proved that. He joined the squad for a little bit under 10 million, but he will prove worthy of his transfer fee.

Scott Sinclair, the young English midfielder is also going to join Spurs, on a loan from Manchester City. Spurs will pay a fee of 50k p/m for the loan, and he will train and play for the North London side until the end of the season. They have tried to buy him for a fee of 4.700.000, but the player wanted wages far too big for Lineker to accept. They could afford it, but he wasn't worthy of 60k p/w.

Danish playmaker and Ajax star Christian Eriksen has sent in his transfer request today, and he will be up for sale for a fee of 20.000.000. Several clubs are ready to bid for the player, including Spurs. The main contenders, however, seem to be Juventus, as they look to bolster their squad for the next season.
Really good kits, and great signings. I'm personally not to fond of Sissoko but I'll forget how he lost me my Champions League final if he does well for you.

French Revolution!
Good luck with new signings mate!
