Help me please!

I am Ipswich of course and ive just got to January in my first season and im really struggling but its strange because after about 10 games i looked very good and i was 3rd but i think ive only won 1 since. Im using same tactics but i look awful and im lucky to draw any match! All help would be much appreciated.

you must probably need 1-2 signings to bolster the squad.

i remember once this happened to me, i started well but my team started to get shaky. but i had bought 2 players from the swedish league and it ends around end of november. So they came and made the difference, i started to slightly well. And when they got settled the team did much better.

I went off to fight into the play-off and end up as 3rd. And won the play-offs

So i think if u have had a good run in form before with a tactic. then u should just be able to pick the right players. get 1-2 more players to add more depth and DIFFERENT quality into the team.

And alter the tactics slightly according to the oppositions and such, and you should be able to pick up more and more.

try to also try a few small things as well. Maybe new set plays tactics etc? things like that make a difference.

I agree with Red, if you cant afford them maybe try to get them on a loan. Look at the opposition tactics. Little adjustments can bring good results also try opposition instructions and stuff like that.

i agree with red to.you should sign new players, but be carefull witch players you sign.if you loose by 1-0 or 2-0 than you should buy strikers because conceding a goal or two per game means that your defence is good, not great, but good so you dont need defenders.but if you loose by 3-2 or 4-3 or something like that than you should buy defenders or a new keeper.try to look at all your games and cound how may goals your team has conceded.if you conceded few goal than you need a striker or two, but if u conceded many goals than you need to buy defenders.

hola, i"m new here and i hope any one can help me. this year is my first time playing with a small club but in the premiership. b4 this i manage man uited n i found it was a bit easy to achieve everything offered. now i'm managing sunderland fc n i realize a few task that is quite a prob. first of all the list of players. i want to know what is the realistic numbers for players in a squad for safc like? then how attract a quality player to come to my club?i"m planning to get rid of a few players that i think dont deserve to be in the squad.but will it effect the team morale coz i'm still new to them.could you recommend me a few coaches that at least on par with premiership challenge and can be get at bargain? can you suggest to me a few players that i can buy at bargain price but can help me improve the club final position?for your info i only get 4.5 mil for this trnsfer window.

you shouldnt sell too many players at once. or even transfer list them.

I would recommend that you sell 1-3 players only for now. Wait at least until the next transfer window.

And just so you know, some players are good even though their stats can seem bad from the first look.
AND that over the course of the year players do improve a bit or drop a bit. So i dont think you could tell already about how good everyone is or not.

You can get a bit of quality to a team like sunderland. Its just upto you to be able to find them. You cant go on to buy known players from big teams etc. But you can find quality players from here and there.

And its not that hard, play yourself and you will learn more and more by yourself.

well sunderland are a good side so their staff should be prity reliable, but they probably won't get everything spot on. The better their stats for judging players current and potential ability, the more reliable so have a look and see how good they are...

no, you can trust them, but trust your decisions more.

ehm thats really good for u as sunderland to be around that position in ur first season.

Sunderland isnt Manchester United. Its hard to make them win the league in the first season. Be patient and build up slow and steady and u should do much better as the seasons pass.

They have a bigger transfer budget than liverpool

But then Liverpool get sod all as well dont they?
