Lyon or Fiorentina?

Hi,
I need urgent help with who to be on fm between Lyon and Fiorentina. Both teams have their ups and downs and I really cant decide! Both teams are of similar status and abilities in their respected divisions, need building but not to much.

I will go through the pros and cons of both teams for you to help me decide.

Lyon

Pros:

BIG PRO-Great youth to build a team on with numerous wonderkids such as Clement Grenier, Alexander Lacazette, Samuel Umtiti, Gueida Fofana and Yassine Benzia.

-Dynamic midfield consisting of players such as yoann Gourcuff and Maxime Gonalons.

Cons:

-Squad is thin and inexperienced.

-Missing positions such us gk and striker (Vecoutre only keeper, Gomis only Striker)

-High profile departures such as Lisandro Lopez, Dejan Lovren and Hugo Loris.

Fiorentina

Pros:

BIG PRO-Big signings such us Guiseppe Rossi, Mario Gomez and Josip Ilicic

- Decent youth like Adem Ljajic, Stefan Savic and Marko Bakic

-Well accomplished team with many layers and strong in all positions

Cons:

-Not as well established youth as Lyon

-Big departures such as Stevan Jovetic and Matija Nastasic

-Arguably an older and a less potentially build able squad compared to Lyon

Can you think of any other pros and cons? And help me decide who to take charge of!

I'd say Fiorentina, it'd be a more exciting challenge, and they have more money than Lyon do.

Depends on what you want from the game, really. Lyon does well in the Champions League and is a well developed outfit not only in France, but the whole of Europe. There are other teams coming up in the country, but Lyon are still usually on top. Couple that with the fact that they have some amazing youth and, potentially, money to seal up the positions that are weak, and you are gold. If you are a decently good FM'er, I would expect you to be in contention for the CL within 2-3 years in-game.
Fiorentina on the other hand aren't even close to being the best team in their country, but they have some good youngsters who'll help them in the league, while you get rid of the oldies and replace them with younger, faster players. It'll take you longer to conquer the world with Fiorentina.

So, if you want some save that'll give you instant results and ability to sign regens immediately, because you are looking towards the future, go for Lyon. If you want to be in a position where one goal conceded means mid-table and one goal scored means a CL spot, go for Fiorentina.

dont include the top 4 as Munich, Dortmund, schalke or Leverkusen
