KOTW Tiebreak Results - Cardiff City

3rd Place

Two entrants rather unexpectedly got close to winning. TVDLC123 who is crap at making kits, and ZapdosTheGreat who is yet to win (this is his week you know :P ) even though TV has, but that was pretty much me who made that :) Zapdos made a red, black and white home, the former home colour of blue for the away and a tan third. TV, with the unreadable sponsor, made a red home, a yellow awa kit and a blue and red third, in keeping with the real colours.

2nd Place

And in 2nd place, we have one of just two Photoshop entries, AlexTHFC! Quite what he was thinking with the watermark is unknown, but the rest of these kits were good enough to secure 3 votes in the tiebreak. His home featured a big white collar on the red, the away was a white shirt with yellow and red stripe, whilst his third ditched the massive badge at the bottom that I must admit I'm warming to, and featured a yellow techno design - perhaps it's because the sponsor was Dell?

1st Place

Here's something no one saw coming - a win for Pompeyblue! He may not have seen it coming either, and we didn't even when the poll was first put up as he didn't get a vote. But then suddenly he got 4. His home was red with a little bit of white and an EPIC collar, the away blue and white, and a black third with a red sash. We can say that he certainly deserved the win.
Well done Pompey! :D That's my second tiebreak and I've come second again :'( :))

Kit of the Week - Week 17 - Crystal Palace

Having just been promoted to the Premier League, Crystal Palace have been through a change of league, a change of kit, a change badge and a change of manager. Now we'll give them another change of kit - home, away and third.

Yes, Futhead - imgur wasn't working. Couldn't find a good enough pic of the 3rd either, other than

Crystal Palace Historical Kits
Well done Pompey, thanks for that moral boost Louis, you're so kind to me!
Thanks so much for everyone who voted for me!
This is only my second KOTW entry and I have won!
Congats to TV, Zapdos and Alex for making the top three as well :)

Kit of The Week - Week 17 - Crystal Palace

3rd Place

In 3rd place, despite the dodgy edges, was a new entry! Made by adidas and sponsored by IBM, the home had one red gradient stripe along the middle, the away had both red and blue stripes on black and the 3rd was yellow with red, black and red accent colours. They were made by Samjohpos.

2nd Place

And oh so close it was for AlexTHFC. If he had just asked me to end the Poll 5 minutes earlier then he would have won, despite leading much of it he ended in 2nd. The home saw one gradient stripe of red on blue, the away a black design with some grey stripes, and a red and blue one. The 3rd was a diagonal design, in black and white. Alex got 4 votes, with kits made by Nike.

1st Place

And the hapapapapappy beneficiary of Alex's last minute shortcoming was Nick! The home featured a blue shirt with red stripes interrupted by the Kappa logo, the away had black with a blue top, and the third was yellow and black. The set got 6 votes made by Kappa and being one of two sets without sponsors.

Kit of The Week - Week 18 - Sunderland AFC

[

This week we will make home & away kits for Sunderland AFC. They're the 2nd last striped team, don't worry!

The first set of kits that came in 3rd place was Set 3, made by TVDLC123. The home was made by adidas with thin red stripes, and sponsored by Lionsgate. The away was yellow with a white trim and black sleeves, intervening was a white collar.

And these atrocities also came 3rd. They were made by Bebero, since you ask.

2nd place was ZapdosTheGreat! His kits were made by adidas and sponsored by Philips and followed the same designs as Sunderland's current kit design. The home was red and white stripes with the sponsor intervening, and the away was yellow with black and red to the side.

1st Place

He has finally done it! In the 3rd last BPL Kit of the Week competition, AlexTHFC, who has been so close every damn time, has finally done it! His home was white with red gradient stripes. Or whatever. And the away was white with both red and yellow trim. The kits gained 6 votes to win, sponsored by Emirates and made by adidas.
Yay, at last! :D

Kit of The Week - Week 19 - Stoke City

Another set that managed 3 votes was Set 3, made by ZapdosTheGreat. The home had two white stripes interrupted by the sponsors logo, Ladbrokes. The away was black with olive green trim and had the English flag beneath the badge.

And the final 3rd place was Set 5 made by Samhjohpos, The home had red and white stripes and an odd collar, whilst the away had a black band across the chest, and a fading stripe. They were made by Nike and sponsored by IBM.

1st Place

The winner though, was Set 4, with an amazing 7 votes of the 16 cast! The kits were branded by Macron and sponsored by Stoke chairman Peter Coates' company Bet365. The hoe was red and white with a red band across the middle and the away was plain white with a black trim. The winner once again was Nick.
