Is it possible that for the last 6 months I can't sign anyone beacuse of board takeover! I'm managing Roma, and for the last 6 months it is hell(they gave me 90 million euros but I can't spend it), I sold some players and now I have 110 million! I'm playing with my two friend who are managing Milan and Inter and they have 100 million witch they spent! Some Thailand guy wants to buy the club but I can't sign anyone for the last 6 months while they brought who they wanted! Anyone knows why it is taking that long?
