No team got transfer budget

Hi! I got a real problem. For just one week ago i bought a new computer, and yesterday i istalled FM. Everything is working, exepet that no team got transfer budget. What to do?

Make sure that you have the "Allow First Window Transfer Budgets" box ticked. (see below)
