Depends on the season really. When they've all grown up and there stats have increased sure, but I don't really think so in the first few seasons.

sorry mate should have added that i'm into my 4th season as Southampton and they have all grown into great players!

Well the last 3 seasons i've qualified for Champions League with Southampton won a premier league title and finished 2nd on 2 occasions so i'm hoping i can win another title with them again this coming season
