Help! Weird Amount of U18 Coaches.

I just started a new save and I got hired by FC Krasnodar. Looking at the staff, they have 18 Under 18's coaches and 22 total coaches out of an advised 4. Is this normal, or is there an error?

Unless these extra coaches are sucking up your club money, there's no real reason why this is a bad thing. It just will mean you won't be able to renew your coaches' contracts or hire any more until the previous ones leave.

Yeah,the problem is that they are really crappy coaches. I've decided to not do much about it (sack about 3 and get another 3 to do different jobs) but it is still pretty strange.
