Author's Note
Welcome all and thanks for dropping by to take a look at my story! I have been wanting to start on a story of my own after being an avid reader of others but I knew I would give up after a day or so. With that having been said, now that I have finished school I am able to put more time into it and hopefully I can run this story up until Football Manager 14. Thanks once again and please drop a comment with any suggestions for my story.

After much media speculation, Sky Sports News can break the incoming news that former Barcelona and Tottenham striker Gary Lineker has been appointed Newcastle manager on a provisional one year contract.
Speculation arose when, on one nights Match Of The Day, fellow presenter and ex-England teammate Alan Shearer took offense when Lineker 'congratulated' him on what he described as "running your beloved Newcastle to a league where they do not belong". Shearer responded by stating, "It is not as easy as you think! Yes we sit here on a Saturday night critising top quality managers for little, otherwise unnoticable mistakes - but when you are stood on the touchline, your life may as well be on the line. You couldn't stand five minutes!"
Since then, and ever since Joe Kinnear was appointed as Newcastle's 'Director of Football', seemingly forcing current manager Alan Pardew out of his job at Newcastle, it has looked increasing likely that Lineker would take over at Newcastle - and that is exactly the news we can break today.

Any Signings Joe Kinnear Makes Must Be Accepted
Qualify For Europa League
Qualify For Champions League
Win Europa League
Win the Barclays Premier League
Win Champions League
Any others will be welcomed and added to the list.
