I want a challenge. So something like Top Divisions But is ranked 15-20th so chance to be relegated?

Preferred Budget/Financial State - Secure/Poor? Prefer to sell to make money.

Team Strength: Youngish. Development needed. But with a few players worth a few million to sell

I'm not sure how common these teams are but if you have any suggestions much appreciated!

I may even make a Manager Story to keep me interested.
