AVB Diary Update: The first month

http://i43.tinypic.com/2mqqltx.png

So, the first month has past... I am enjoying my time here at Tottingham Tottenham. So far we are sat in second in the table behind Manchester United.

Both Bale and Caulker won the player awards, which I must say, is down to be being such a good manager. But how an earth did David Moyes get the Manager of the Month? I ought to complain!! We could've had the treble, grrr! It makes me so angry knowing that Haggis-eating, tunic-wearing, Scottish oaf got the award, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME!

I suppose if one positive were to come from this, it's that I'm much more prettier than he is. I mean, what's going on with his hair? And for a matter of fact, what's going on with Bale's too?

We've also managed to qualify for the Europa League group stages, and I really hope the team is up for it. For some reason the English don't take this competition seriously, which is rather... annoying. But, having said that, I'm the manager, and I will make sure I priorities this competition. I mean, at least it's a bit of silverware. Players bang on about how they want to win silverware and how this year is 'their year' (Steven Gerrard). But this year, I really want to make it our year

P.S I keep thinking back to the summer holidays... My God, I really want a yacht.

Europa League Groups Announced

UEFA have today announced the groups for upcoming Europa League matches. Tottenham Hotspur, whom were in seed number one, are in group I. They are paired with Finnish Champions Helsingin Jalkapalloklubi, as well as Czech side Sparta Praha and Portugese outfit Guimaraes.

Swansea City are another side to represent the English Premier League in the Europa League, being seeded second. They are placed in group H, and play Dutch side FC Twente, PAOK from Greece and Pandurii from Romania.

The final English side to represent the Premier League is Wigan Athletic. Wigan have been drawn due to winning the FA Cup. They face Valencia from Spain, FC Zurich from Switzerland, and Danish side, Esbjerg.

Nice work beating Man U. Fantastic
This is the coolest story on this site by far, nice work.
Nick is evil. He is too good at GIMP. Not the brightest of people though :P Seriously, you forgot to put the scores when you first posted one of those on chat! :))
Good few games! Norwich were always a pain for me

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club are pleased to announce a new partnership agreement with Russian Club Spartak Moscow

The new partnership will begin with immediate effect. The two clubs have agreed a partnership for the foreseeable future which will hopefully allow both Tottenham Hotspur and Spartak Moscow to grow as clubs.

Spartak will work with the club across several areas, including player development among youth players, as well as the proposal of exchanging coaching staff and players. The partnership will also allow for the clubs to play friendly matches during pre-season.

Daniel Levy, the Tottenham Hotspur chairman said "This deal will allow for a long standing relationship between the club and Sparak Moscow. It is an exciting period for Tottenham Hotspur in Europe and we are delighted to have a partnership with such an illustrious club."

The Spartak Moscow Chairman, Leonid Fedun also made some comments regarding the new partnership. "We're thrilled to be working with Tottenham Hotspur - they have a great club with great fans. This will hopefully allow us to build a strong relationship with one of the UK's top football clubs and we are delighted that Spurs are able to help us grow."
