November Update

Hi guys and welcome to my 3rd months update. In this update there is only 1 month of 5 games. After finishing October in 1st position we were hoping to stay there for a while. Lets see how we got on.

The results wern't that bad and I am pretty happy. I am delighted that we managed to proceed to the 2nd round of the FA Cup at the expense of League One side Portsmouth. However i am dissapointed that we were defeated by Stalybridge in the FA Troiphy Qualifiers as i had hoped to
get further but the main priority is the league.

I am still in 1st place!!! I am chuffed at being up there still and i really hope i will be up there at the end of the season.

Here are my fixtures for December.

The Tranmere game could be really crucial as if we win that a Confrence team will proceed to the FA Cup 3rd round which im sure will get me some paper if you know what i mean. ;) £££
Some nice results mate :)

December Update

Its December!!! You know what that means. No not that it is close to Christmas all though that is exciting. It means its closer to the Transfer Window!!! And hopefully some good players will be appearing in my team. Anyway back to the action and lets take a look at my results for December. :D

Errm well now there have been 3 losses in the league :(. What am I on about thats great :D. I BEAT TRANMERE ROVERS 2-0!!! IM THROUGH TO THE FA CUP 3RD ROUND!!! 27k in the bank!! Anyway focus. So 2 more defeats which to be honest with you is dissapionting considering I lost both of them games by 2 goals. However the victory against Stalybridge was sweat, sweat revenge from the FA Trophy. And the other victories were great too.

Well 1st and ahead by 4 points with a game in hand!!! I am beleive me estatic I really thought that i would be around 7th by now but 1st is absoloutely amazing.

Here are my fixtures for January and February:

Some tough fixtures there but I am really happy with my FA Cup draw against Blue Square Prem team Forest Green. Lets hope i carry on the good results!!
Josh Wilson had a great month

Anouro Wants Out

On Thursday 6th December, Guiseley striker Obi Anouro handed in an official transfer request. Anouro stated he saw his footballing future away from Guiseley, after a lack of appearances for the league leaders. He was injured in the Confrence sides pre season and Fabio Zamblera and Josh Wilson have taken over the responsibilities of the attacking role. The Nigerian signed for Guiseley from Stalybridge for 55k and is on £550 per week. The 21 year old invited Thomas Williams(his manager at Guiseley)to a private chat later that day, Thomas revealed. Here is what was said:

OA: Obi Anouro
TW: Thomas Williams

OA: I haven't had enough first team foootball so i've gone public and told the media that I'm unhappy with my lack of appearances.

TW: Last time I gave you a chance in the first team you didn't perform. You need to be showing me why I should pick you not moaning that you want to leave.

OA: Do you really want an unhappy player disrupting the club?

TW: Your right, I don't want to damage the team's morale. I'll let you go as soon as possible.

OA: I'm glad you've seen sense, keeping me against my will would be bad for everyone. Thanks for understanding.

TW: See you soon.

By the sounds of it the youngster looks like he will be leaving in January.
