The mighty Steve Kean! Kean was manager of the Blackburn Rovers squad that got relegated a few years ago. He resigned 6 weeks into the Championship to avoid the humiliation of getting fired. As Kean is a real manager I left the reputation on automatic. However I got requests from teams like Santos, which would be easy places to start. Therefore I rejected all top teams and went to a less known team, make it more a challenge.
