Rutton departs Vitesse

http://www.vitesse.nl/media/show/13046/image/media.jpg

Days after rumour of upheaval inside of the Vitesse camp, the clubs Coach Fred Rutton has left the club due to mutual consent. Stories came from Vitesse's playing due Wilfried Bony and Marco Van Ginkel. The duo both made separate statements to a local newspaper that were viewed by our source.

Bony said "The manager is using tactic which no one understands, rarely any of the coaches turn up for training. The Chairman struggles to have a relationship with the director of football so no one knows what's going on!"

Van Ginkel stated: "I have to be totally honest with you. I have no idea what is going on at this club"

Many fans among Vitesse wonder who will be replacing Fred Rutton. But we have come up with names from our source reports

Mark Hughes 4/1
Henning Berg 11/1
Steve Kean 14/1
Fabio Capello 16/1
Jamie Caragher 23/1
Vitesse are a great club :P

They are, and I have just finished my first game and they suit my tactic and style of play perfectly! I have a good feeling about this story. Who do you think will be the manager, someone on the list or could there be a twist? WAIT AND FIND OUT!
Best of luck! Curious to see how you do with Vitesse

Vitesse to unveil new manager LIVE NOW!

http://up.metropol247.co.uk/jordanhowell/20100823122502.jpg

White:
We are here at the Vitesse training ground and our sources have told us that the new Vitesse manager will be arriving here within the next few minutes. He is set to be unveiled to the outside world and Vitesse fans and biting their nails in absolute nerve and who is taking over their club. However rumour went out a few days ago that the manager is English which many fans are worried about but some think that it could bring a new philosophy to the club. I'm here with Guus who is a Vitesse supporter. How do you feel about there being a possible English manager coming to Vitesse.

Guus:
I am excited about this new idea of an English manager, I think that this could be a rumour that if true could lead our club in a different way and hopefully the right way.

White:
Now, Vitesse have never won this league, however the closest that Vitesse have come to winning the league was when they were runner-up in 1998. How do you think you will do this season.

Guus:
I am confident that they can push for the top five or six but we'll have to wait and see. After the first ten to fifteen games, we'll have an idea.

White:
Wait, I have reports that the new boss is only just arriving at the entrance of the car park and we a situated here at the entrance of the building. I can see the car arriving wait.

(car pulls up, and the new manager steps out)

White:
Yes, the manager is reveiled, he is an English managaer. It's former footballer Lloyd Debenham. He is only twenty-five years old, he had a great yout h career at Colchester and Barnet. Played a few games in a football camp in Portugal four years ago but never really played due to lack of fitness and was very injury prone.

(Debenham approaches)

White:
Hello, Lloyd. We were expecting an English manager but we certainly weren't expecting you. How did this all happen?

Debenham:
Well, when I gave up football, I went to university to study sport science and I passed and therefore had a degree in Sport Science. Then I studies my FA and UEFA badges, got those. I got in touch with a number of clubs in England but didn't find anything. I read that Vitesse had lost their manager, I got in touch; had an interview and they were content with having me as the new coach.

White:
What do you promise the Vitesse fans?

(Debenham pauses and thinks, before saying three words)

Debenham:
Trophies, Entertainment, and most of all Success

Debenham's Diary: Transfer Talk

At the end of the summer transfer window, I have made a total of ten signings which have joined to help the club. I will tell you who they are, their stats and what their role at the club will be throughout the season.

Manager's League Prediction
I think that we will do alright this year but I believe that we will be a top half side (top 9) this season. We are a decent team but we aren't quite up there yet.

Debenham's Diary: Starting Thoughts
http://www.starstudioparty.co.uk/resources/microphones.jpg
Well, we didn't have the best of starts with a 4-0 and 3-0 defeat. I then gathered the lads, raised morale, then we beat Feyenoord which was a very convincing performance, then against RKC; we just dropped. But we used our super sub Malki to get the three points at VVV before getting the average performance for our one nil win over NAC Breda. However, we drooped at the end and suffered a single goal defeat at PSV but I am confident that we can move on into the next month with more confidence!
