Hey guys. I love tactics and I love to help people so I have come up with this idea. A tactic help centre.

I hope to provide in depth tactics and strategy’s every other day with information and tactical knowledge to help people get the best out of their teams.

I will also try and analyse games to see how teams play and make it simple for players new to FM to understand the game.

I also will provide help for people with questions so comment down below if you have a question.

I am able to answer tactical problems and lots more concerning tactics and game strategies.

I hope I will be of use to you and I would like to give my knowledge of the game and tactics to you

I need a tactic that will help Wolverhampton Wanderers get back to back promotions, followed by an unbeaten season in the Premier League while not conceding in my hunt for the Champions League trophy, while just playing 16 year olds from Zimbabwe. Oh, and I only have 1 defender available. Any idea?

Well I would love to answer your question but I feel it is an unrealistic target for you to be aiming for.

Well you want to make sure you are good going forward and defending.

Your want something like 4 at the back then a DM.

Then for attack you want at least either 1 ST and 2 AM or vise verser.

This is a formation you could use:

4-1-2-1-2

4-1-3-1-1

4-1-2-2-1

I have been fired 3 jobs in a row, i play everyone in their correct positions, i chose the correct match preparations, i give teamtalks, everything!!! Why do my players just not perform? I mainly use the 4231 and the 532 ( good for stronger teams). I have been at Porto,Athletico Bilbao, Molde and now at Ac Milan? Any tips on how to stop this downward spiral?

Do you play the players in their correct roles as that might be a problem?

Try to mix up your formations and the way you play with them eg. Passing, Marking?

Try using Set Pieces to make the most of good headers of the ball you have.

I use pato up front a 433, with el shar and robinho as right and left wingers. I use nocerino as an anchorman, boateng and montelivo as the cms (boat is bwm and mont is ap) i use antoni and abate as corner backs and bochetti and mexes as central defenders with abbiati in nets. i try play fast counter attacking football, do you know what kind of settings i should use?

Please include full details like Tempo, playing role (Like SK for Goalies and DLP for Mids)

I am managing a small German side called Lübeck. I already have one tactic but I need a Plan B to mix things up a bit. We have quick wingers and decent AMCs so maybe somethig around them?


Btw, my main one is a controlling 4-2-3-1 Deep, so something bit dofferent to that.

Well possibly something like a 3-2-4-1?? if not possibly a 4-1-1-3-1???
