hi i was wondering where i would find what professional rating my players are?

I'm assuming you mean the Professionalism rating. I'm sure this is one of the hidden attributes that can only be seen in the editor like current/potential ability. Maybe if you go on the assitant report for that player and see the comments regarding his personality

hi there yeah i downloaded manage tactics fm2012 from this site and it says that its best used on players whos proffesional rating was 10 or more i was looking all over and couldnt fine there pro rating since asked on football manager facebook page and this site i heard its a hidden attribute i have downloaded the editor and ill see if i can see it there

You can also download FMRTE. Since professionalism can change over time like any other attributes, the editor will only show you the rating they had when you started whereas FMRTE can show you the current rating.

hi i have downloaded the editor from steam what do i do next to find out there current professional rating where it says load database do i put my saved game there or what??
If you are using the editor from FM2012 then you just need to select "load database" for it to load automaticly, then you can search under "people" for the player you want to see.
Again tho, this will only show the rating at the beginning of the game.

Some times when i searching youth player ( Wonderkids ), everyone have icon ''star'' in the top corner right, but some of them have a different color for the stars....
most of them the color is ''grey'', and some of them the color is ''yellow''....
Are they who have ''yellow star'' will be wonderfull p[layer in the future....

Dude, what are you talking about ????? I thought that those yellow stars means you have already scouted the player once before and you have subscribed to his news items. Rest all players will have greyed stars as you are NOT subscribed for thier news..... has notthing to do with player abilities or potentials...

Well the grey stars appear before golden star, so the golden stars will be generated after the grey stars are full. So just let's say there are 10 stars for their rating, 4 grey stars could be said as 4/10 and 1 golden star means that player is rated 6/10 overall and so on.
It is nothing to do with scouted or bid actually, if you have a youngster and several professional players, and once you see on the youngster's report, it will be listed according to their quality or current ability, which is started by most golden star on the 1st to the least golden star and then continued by silver star. Just try and check it.
