Extract file encoding

It seems that the encoding of the extracted file is ASCII, and some characters of player and team names are not displayed, such as some characters in germany and danish players. Some characters are displayed as "?". Can this problem be solved?

have you tried to export data to .csv or .txt...?
it can't export all the data...just a few first rows...

I have tried, but I can export all the data. The only problem is the encoding of the export file is ASCII, thus some characters are displayed as '?'

hmmm...i have bigger problem...i want to extract all of data...all playing attributes,CA,PA...abou 50 attributes i total...but when i extract to .csv,or .txt it gives me only first 5 or 6...
