FMScout FC - Be a part of history!

After seeing SlapDashFluky's thread I've decided to give something similar a go myself.
I'm going to change a Blue Square North team into FMScout FC, using created players using the same method(s) as SlapDash.
I'm going for a squad of 22 x 16 year olds with the position breakdown as follows

Mate, what I did was instead of do all the attributes yourself, just make their position and don't touch the attributes bit and then FM makes all their attributes for them. Its real good, it doesn't make a striker have 18 tackling or anything like that either. Make sure you put the Current Ability at the right level though, otherwise they'll be rubbish!

Also, I changed my mind pal! Can my player be RB? Seeing as CM may get popular.

I've tried setting only one or two attributes and for some reason it doesn't hold. Still hope it works.
