Season Expections
I am set to aim for promotion to the Barclays Premier League- Hoping to do it in the first season. Then in a few years hoping to aim for a top 7-12 Finish in the BPL.

I will be updating monthly but i will also do a "reply" for important/big games

Any staff would be good from you guys- Please recommend any role but.

Keep Peter, He's quite a good player, and they only payed how much he is valued at.

So quite a positive Pre-Season with some Very good results and only conceding one goal, disapointing to concede to Torquay though. I would say that the key player was probably Kenny Miller, he had a brilliant pre-season.

This is the formation that i have been using alot with kenny Miller as a poacher

Woah man.. never seen one like that before! But hey, if it works! I've been using a mixture of a 4-4-2 and a 4-3-2-1. Only real problem I'm having at the moment is not conceding! Had 2 clean sheets since starting the Championship season.

I am very dissapointed with that month. hoping that the team can get there finger out and start winning. And i have also signed Jordi Gomez on loan.

Jordi Gomez is pretty solid man, should be a good signing there. Maybe a tweek here and there in your tactics?

November Update:

Only three games in the month taking 7 points from a possible 9. I think my little tweak in my tactics helped the team. After bringing Robert Earnshaw back into the starting eleven he scored four goals in three games.

Start in October searching all the teams in year competition, and those above you on players with a contract that ends at the end of that season, and bookmark them

You can offer these players contrcat in Januari, and they will help to improve the squad in June.

In that way i got a lot of good players for literally nothing

Manager Views

So a good month as we have taking 12 points from a possible 15. And also two hatricks from Robert Earnshaw. And the table looks better for me now- I am aiming for promotion but i look like i am a title contender at the moment:-

Looking good man.. Earnshaw's been on fire for you there! Hope you can keep up the good form. I'm having a bit of a struggle at the moment with some key men out with injury, fingers crossed you get a clean run!
