Ok so I started my career with Malaga, put my season expectations as qualify for Europa league. I had a nice 17 million to spend which I invested in Kameni for £5 million, Vertonghen for £10 million, Renato Augusto for £10.5 million. Plus i loaned in Danny Welbeck for the season. Finished third which I was proud of as Barcelona bulldozed the league and was the runner up at the Spanish league cup to Barcelona of course. A successful season I thought. Santi Cazorla was epic during the season with 7.45 rating. Salamon Rondon had 19 goals in 21 appearances, had a serious injury close to the end of the season which scuppered my chances of finishing second in the league.

So the second season I had to compete in the champions League, the league and the cup. I was expecting a nice transfer budget as I wanted to bring Malaga to the next level but what did i get...£1 million!! I needed to do some bargain hunting and I bought Anelka and Gago as free transfers, Anderson and Chamberlain on a season long loan.
I was given the group of death in the Champions League; Ajax, AC Milan and Lille. I finished second which i was very happy because i finished in front of Milan and Lille. In the first round I was drew against Italian giants Inter Milan, which I unsurprisingly lost 3-0 on aggregate.
I finished runner up again in the league cup to Barcelona which really annoyed me as after two seasons I hadnt won a trophy.
I underperformed in the La Liga and finished 5th , I think all my enthusiasm for my Malaga projct was blown out of water by the small transfer budget I was given. Is this a problem anyone else has seen in the game with Malaga or any other rich clubs?
Again the star men of the season were Cazorla with 7.45 again (Also he was called up to the Spanish squad) and Salamon Rondon who scored 30 goals in 46 appearances. Rondon is definitely a goal machine when he is used right. Jan Vertonghen and Martín Demichelis were both solid at the back both finishing off with 7.13.

At the end of my second season there was a job vacancy at Atletico Madrid which I applied for and got, a new project. First of all Reyes had been sold the first season. Also the previous manager had a deal already signed for Armin Bačinović from Palermo for a quite big £9.5 million for an average player. However the previous manager had picked up some nice players during the two years such as Park Ji-Sung, Šime Vrsaljko, Rafael Márquez and Raul Meireles. I was given a decent 7 million transfer budget. After working with Anderson at Malaga I knew he was quality so I signed him for £6 million and loaned in experienced Goran Pandev and flamboyant Mario Balotelli.
Since they had finished third in the previous season there was automatic qualification to the champions’ league group stage where I faced Manchester united, Ajax and Rapid. I qualified second as I was expected to do. The board only wanted me to achieve this so the 2-2 aggregate victory over Man City in the next round was a bonus. But in the next round I faced who? Barcelona. Again I lost but was happy with my quarter final place, also Barcelona had gone on to win the Champions League that year. In the Spanish cup I lost to Real Madrid 2-1 in aggregate in the semi-finals. In La Liga for the third year in a row Barcelona first and Real Madrid second. I finished fourth and was fighting for third all along.
My season revolved around my front men, Falcao was sensational all year with 37 goals in 37 appearances with an average rating of 7.56. Both my attacking midfielders Arda Turan and Diego Costa proved to be stars as well with all important assists.

After three pretty unsuccessful years in Spain I decided not to extend my contact and became unemployed. I had to wait to November until I was greeted with a job offer from Everton. David Moyes had left to manage Tottenham. Everton had finished third the season before earning them “overachievers of the season”. When I took over they were mid table in Premier League and after three games in the champions’ league group they only had two points.
The group consisted of AC Milan, Bayern Leverkusen and FC Twente. We still were in the league cup too.
As I joined in November the board did not expect anything of me in any competition except qualify for the Europa League. David Moyes had built quite a nice squad before leaving; he had bought players such as
Danny Welbeck striker from Man united,
Nikica Jelavić striker from Rangers,
Craig Dawson centre back from Leicester),
#Cédric Mongongu centre back from Evian, cheap excellent defender#,
Adam Johnson winger from Man City,
Niko Kranjčar midfielder from tottenham

plus quite a few more over the three years.
Youngsters like Seamus Coleman, Jack Rodwell and Ross Barkley were all coming of age and becoming stars.
Note: the story gets really good from here.
Yay I love you for going to Everton (I support them)I'm going to watch the derby semi final next week at Wembley COYB!

Keep following my story as I do the unexpected with Everton...Hope Everton can beat Liverpool (im a united fan btw)
Please say you get taken over by Arabs and win the Premier League ;)
I don't even know what has gone on with my E
verton save I had successful first season getting 5th place, a rubbish second season finishing eight, 2nd knockout round of the
Europa League and Carling Cup Runners Up and I've gone in to my third season after 10 games I've only lost two and currently lying 7the in the league and I also got knocked out of the Carling Cup in the 4th round by Hull so it's been very inconsistent so far I'm gonna have a major squad overhaul at the start of next season though and bring in plenty of younger players to replace aging players like Cahill, Osman, Jelavic etc.
