Cancelling a transfer

Hi guys, I just wanted to ask if it's possible to cancel a transfer offer for a player AFTER you have confirmed the transfer. There is a player joining me at the end of the season(confirmed) and if I want to stop the player from joining me and staying at his club like no transfer offer had ever been made, what do I have to do? I'm pretty sure you cannot cancel a transfer once you have confirmed it.

if the status already will join our club, of course he'll automatically get in on our club. so when he already set for our club , just sell it to another club.. easy right .
