Is there a way to get a N/A FIFA Ranked team to become ranked

For example if i started playing with Zanzibar is there anyway they will eventually have there ranking changed from N/A to a ranking which would allow them to start qualifing for world cups ETC?

If not then why not? Are national teams like Zanzibar and Tuvalu always going to be doomed to a life of not being able to have the chance to qualify for the world cup in football manager & in real life?

No, and here's why.

You cannot start playing with Zanzibar, because, technically, the FA isn't registered with FIFA. It's like the Jugoslav FA, the Monegasque FA, the Basque and Catalan FA's and so on and so forth. This is because the game includes countries that don't actually exist for you to go and mess around with in Editor if you wish.

It's for various reasons really, but mostly it's because the country has too few footballers or hasn't declared independence yet, or fell apart. With the exception of Greenland. They aren't part of FIFA because they can't grow grass...
